Description
A new family home in South Liverpool. We were involved with this project from start to finish – which involved the demolition of an existing bungalow and the construction of a new 5 bed detached property.
Starting with sketch layouts and design input from the client, we developed the designs until they met the requirements of the client and also satisfied the constraints of the Local Authority planning department. Upon receiving the planning approval, we then produced drawings for building regulations and construction drawings for tender purposes. A full tender package was issued and following tender analysis a contract awarded to the successful Contractor.
PBD continued to provide project management services throughout the build stage; attending regular site meetings, dealing with design & specification related queries and ensuring that the project remained on track – in terms of time, cost and quality.
