Poole Bank Farm (Near Nantwich)
This Grade 2 listed Farmhouse and courtyard barns have been sympathetically designed and adapted to create a high quality rural development. The conversion designs have been developed in close consultation with the client and the Local Authority planning dept.
The development comprises a detached listed farmhouse building and 4 barn units – there may also be potential for some new-builds on adjacent brownfield land.
PBD provided architectural design services, obtained planning approval/listed building consent and also produced drawings for building regulations and construction purposes. The project is now nearing completion on site, with construction/ refurbishment of the final barn due to complete Spring 2018.
