The design required careful consideration and maximum utilisation of a particularly challenging site, which had extensive changes in levels from front to rear and also from side to side. The unusual site and idyllic location overlooking the Dee Estuary demanded a bespoke and highly unique design solution – which although challenging, was ultimately achieved.

Split over 3 floor levels, the property has extensive living space, private terrace areas, 5 en-suite bedrooms, gymnasium/sauna areas and a 3 car garage.
